Product instructions There are three types of Freepost you can
use:- Freepost Standard Pre-printed lets you design and supply a separate return device printed with your
address - usually a card or an envelope - which is enclosed in the mailing to a customer. Customers then use this to reply to you free of charge.
Freepost Standard Handwritten is simply where you provide the Freepost address and the customer writes it on an
envelope or postcard they have chosen to use themselves. Freepost NAME is the simplest form of return
address: Freepost and your company's name in capital letters, for example, Freepost SMITHSON'S. This can be pre-printed by you but is normally handwritten by your
customers, on an envelope or card. For Freepost Standard Pre-printed items you can design your own return
devices, these are usually envelopes, cards, tear-off coupons and the like. There is some flexibility but all designs need to comply with our design guidelines. N.V.
